Branding Options

We have established relationships with many local suppliers so we can provide our clients with the perfect item at the best price.  After getting to know your business we will suggest one of the following branding options that will best suit your garments or merchandise.

Embroidery
Let us show you how great your products can look with customised embroidery.

Embroidery is stitched with a computerised embroidery machine using patterns digitised with embroidery software. Embroidery is used to add logos and monograms (motifs) to work wear, promotional gear and sports apparel. To embroider a logo, first a ‘stitch’ file needs to be created. This process is called digitizing. The digitising service of your artwork is complementary.  We can embroider shirts, caps, pants, jackets, bags, towels, sweat bands and more…

Screen Printing
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil to receive a desired image.  Screen printing a logo, text or image on a garment is a cost-effective decorating option, usually when the quantity required is greater than 20.

Each design requires the creation of an individual screen for each colour in the design. The more colours, the more screens required.  The process of screen printing is permanent and is a great option for T-shirts, polos or jackets.  Almost any design can be screen printed. The cost depends of the number of items being printed as well as the numbers of colour screens required.

Sublimation Printing
Ideal for sportswear or uniforms, Sublimination printing is used when the whole garment can be dyed and then printed and stitched together.  Our designers can create an entire range of themed apparel for your team or club.

Digital Transfer
Digital Transfers are used for branding fabrics and are printed on transfer paper using a digital printing machine, then heat pressed onto the product.  This is usually done with item quantities under 20 which makes them more cost effective due to no set up costs.
